greenland engineering is located on Erie Street in historic downtown Willoughby, Ohio. This vibrant community boasts attractions for everyone including local restaurants and boutique shops, a public library, and a seasonal farmer’s market. Downtown Willoughby is proud to host an annual ArtsFest, a classic car cruise-in, and summer concerts, among many other unique events.
A prominent part of this neighborhood is the Willoughby Preservation District, established by an act of City Council in 1983. Through development of this District, sixty-nine buildings in a four block section of Erie Street were placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Many of the structures have been restored and converted for new uses, including the Carrel Building, home to greenland engineering.
