Size: 30 acres / $75 million Project Type: New Construction Highlights: Site design currently includes permeable pavement in new parking lots as a method of properly treating surface storm water runoff. Existing storm water management system will be completely upgraded to include bmp’s and volume control. Historic construction project, not only for the Lorain City School District, but for the entire City of Lorain. Capstone of an 11-year, OSFC co-funded building program.
