We're currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects across various sectors. As a Senior Civil Engineer with us, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals, engage with clients and municipal agencies, and make a difference through your expertise and creativity. 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate civil design efforts with team members, clients, municipal agencies, and consultants to ensure project success. 
• Evaluate project schedules related to design documentation, permitting, and construction administration. 
• Prepare proposals, participate in interviews, and deliver engaging public presentations. 
• Provide detailed design expertise in utility design, paving, drainage, and stormwater management. 

Required Skills: 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil3D software preferred. 
• Familiarity with Hydro CAD/Hydro Flow for hydraulic analysis. 
• Experience in base mapping from raw survey data. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment. 
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines effectively. 

Related Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience. 
• Registered with a current Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Ohio. 
• Experience in people management is a plus. 
• LEED certification is preferred, though not required.
