Unique Collaboration between the City of Willoughby and the Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools to construct a new Senior Center attached to the Willoughby South High School. The project is also adjacent to a significant not for profit senior living facility that provides both users and an opportunity for cross generational learning with the students.
