Campus Sports Facilities Master Plan

• Completed master plan and site evaluation studies for football, baseball, tennis and softball

• Original designer and completed recent studies for the Stefanski Ice Arena including parking area for           hosting pre-game functions

• 60,000 SF (turf fields), 7,000 SF (support building), synthetic track replacement for football, $5.75                 million

• Completion of the Figgie Baseball stadium including press box, bleachers, dugouts, and scoreboard,              $1.8 million

• Relocation of (6) tennis courts to accommodate construction of a new performing arts center                          $,350,000

• New gateway courtyard and pre-game plaza, $300,000

Through a 10-year working relationship with Gilmour Academy, Greenland has developed several studies including planning for the Stefanski Ice Area and the Bill and Lorraine Dodero Center for the Performing Arts. Recently, Greenland provided planning services for football/lacrosse/soccer, baseball, tennis, track, and softball. Recent construction projects include creating a formal gateway to the football/baseball complex, new tennis courts, replacement of turf fields and track resurfacing.
